A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Worcester is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Partner to join its established and growing team. The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this is a key senior appointment with responsibilities including:

• Leading on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
• Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, restructures, and shareholder arrangements
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and terms of business
• Supporting owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporate clients across a range of sectors
• Managing and developing key client relationships and referral networks
• Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and supporting team development
• Driving business development initiatives and contributing to the strategic growth of the department
• Working closely with other departments to provide a full-service offering to clients

• Experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor at Partner level or Senior Associate ready to step up
• Strong technical expertise across corporate transactions and commercial contracts
• Proven business development and client relationship management skills
