CRM Manager - Customer Lifecycle & Insights\n\nHybrid (1 days in office)\n £45,000 - £50,000 \nWe're working with a fast-growing, commercially driven business undergoing significant transformation, backed by private investment and focused on long-term growth. \nThey're now looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of the customer lifecycle, using data, insight and automation to drive customer growth, retention and revenue. \nThis is a key role where you'll move CRM beyond campaigns into a more strategic, commercially focused function that directly supports sales and customer development.\n\nThe Role\n\nOwn and optimise the end-to-end customer lifecycle across onboarding, growth, retention and reactivation\nBuild and deliver targeted CRM programmes to increase customer spend, frequency and engagement\nDevelop segmentation models using behavioural and transactional data\nTurn customer insight into actionable strategies for both marketing and sales teams\nPlan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, automation, digital touchpoints)\nOwn and improve automated customer journeys, testing and optimising performance\nDeliver personalised, data-led customer experiences across all touchpoints\nTrack and report on key metrics including retention, engagement and customer value\nWork closely with sales, marketing and tech teams to align CRM with wider business goals\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nExperience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing\nIdeally experience in a B2B or trade-focused environment\nStrong understanding of segmentation, automation and customer journeys\nExperience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics\nData-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action\nCommercially aware with a focus on driving revenue and customer growth\nConfident working cross-functionally with sales and technical teams\n\nWhy Join?\n\nOpportunity to shape and own the CRM function in a growing business\nHigh-impact role with clear visibility across the organisation\nBacked by investment with strong growth plans\nCollaborative, fast-paced environment with real opportunity to progressAt Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
