Customer Service Specialist\nBirmingham central (hybrid after probation)\nC £30,000 Negitiable, Dep on Exp + 10% Bonus + fantastic Benefits package (see below)\nWorking Hours: 8:30 - 5.00\nAre you passionate about delivering world-class customer service while navigating the fast-paced world of international logistics?\nWe’re looking for an experienced Customer Service professional who can provide exceptional support to our valued Clients. We are seeking someone who is passionate about service and will always put the Customer first. Someone who understands the logistics of getting products out to the market and the problems that can be incurred.\nWorking in this role, you will be:\n * Managing relationships both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a world class standard of Customer Service.\n * Handling international orders and co-ordinating shipments together with the team in Holland.\n * Being responsible for the order management, including placing orders and providing accurate pricing and quotes.\n * Working closely with the external Sales team, international factories and supply chain contacts.\nWe are seeking outstanding candidates who can demonstrate:\n * Proven experience in Customer Service on a global basis, with exceptional communication skills both verbally and written\n * Someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, with a confident telephone manner, who enjoys building relationships both internally and with Clients.\n * A good understanding of international shipping and import/export regulations would be helpful, but not essential.\n * Fabulous organisational skills and someone who is detail-focused and able to juggle multiple international shipments and timelines.\nIt’s a fabulous company and you will be rewarded with an excellent Benefits package including:\n10% bonus potential, defined contribution pension plan – employer contribution 6%, 25 days holiday increasing to 27 after 5 years’ service, Holiday purchase plan – employees can buy up to an extra 5 days holiday after 12 months service.
