ER Specialist /ER Partner, 12 Month FTC, Milton Keynes, Hybrid. £35,000-£40,000 Your new company An exciting opportunity for an ER Specialist-12 Month FTC, within a fast-paced, global, customer centric organisation. Your new role As an ER Specialist-12 Month FTC, you will report to the ER Manager and will be part of a busy ER team. You will be responsible for managing all complex ER cases from early intervention to conclusion, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence and performance management, building and developing relationships with senior stakeholders and coaching managers throughout the process and writing scripts, sending invite and outcome letters. What you'll need to succeed You must have experience as an ER Specialist or experience as a Senior HR Advisor, with extensive experience managing high volumes of ER cases and managing complex ER cases from end-end. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
