HGV Class 1 Driver

Turbo Driving are looking for HGV Class 1 drivers to join a growing award winning transport and logistics team based in Ryton On Dunsmore, West Midlands.

The site is open Sunday to Friday.

Pay Rates:

• Days - £17.54 per hour (£19.65 per hour including holiday pay)
• Nights - £18.25 per hour (£20.45 per hour including holiday pay)
• 6th shifts - £26.31 per hour (£29.48 per hour including holiday pay)

The Role:

• Day shifts - 09:00 - 15:00 starts
• Night shifts - 21:00 - 03:00 starts
• Supportive free onsite training team
• Daily site assessments available (up to 3 hours long)
• Immediate starts available once passed assessment
• Trunk/Trailer swaps/retail deliveries and collections

Requirements:

• A valid UK Category C+E driving licence for a minimum of 6 months
• Have 4 months proven Class 1 experience
• Up-to-date UK CPC and UK Digi-tacho cards
• Max 6 penalty points
• No major endorsement codes (no CD/IN/TT/DR)
• Knowledge of driving regulations and compliance
• A professional and customer-focused approach
