Junior Project Manager - Renewables (Hull)\n\nHull (must live within 30 minutes) \n\n£45,000 + vehicle + bonus + benefits \n\nFull-time | Permanent | Immediate start\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nOur client is a growing renewable energy contractor delivering large-scale commercial projects across the UK.\n\nThis is a hands-on Junior Project Manager role offering a clear route into full Project Management, with exposure across both site delivery and Project Management coordination.\n\nYou'll split your time 50/50 between the site and HQ, working closely with the senior Project Manager teams.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone from a trades or site background looking to step up into Project Manager delivery.\n\nNon-Negotiables:\n\nMust live within 30 minutes of Hull\nTelehandler certification (in date)\nExperience managing subcontract labour on site\nExperience working on construction / engineering Project Management environments\nStrong understanding of site H&S and compliance\nComfortable handling Project Manager admin, reporting & coordination\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\nManaging subcontractors on a daily basis\nRunning site inductions and toolbox talks\nSupporting H&S, RAMS and CDM compliance\nCarrying out site quality checks\nCoordinating materials, deliveries and logistics\nProducing weekly Project Manager stakeholder reports\nTaking ownership of day-to-day site activity while supporting Project Management delivery\n\nDesirable:\n\nSSSTS / SMSTS / IOSH\nCSCS / ECS card (or working towards)\nExperience on commercial or renewable Project Management schemes\n\nWhat's on offer:\n\n£45,000 starting salary\nCompany vehicle\nQuarterly performance reviews\nBonus + EMI scheme + full benefits package\nAnnual Leave: 20 days + 8 bank holidays + Christmas Paid Leave = 38 days in Total\nClear progression into a Lead Project Manager role\n\nWhy apply?\n\nThis is not a static site role-it's a progression role designed to move someone into full Project Management within a growing renewable business
