Position: Key Account/ Sales Manager\nLocation: Covering UK\nSalary: £Neg + car allowance + annual bonus\nThe Company: My client is a specialised manufacture within the hotmelt adhesive industry.\n\nRole:\n• Identify and develop new opportunities in the UK market aligned with company objectives.\n• Build strong relationships with strategic customers, ensuring retention and business expansion.\n• Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure best product for each customer application.\n• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and commercial terms.\n• Coordinate tests to approve company adhesives\n• Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and periodic reports for the Business Development Director.\n• Track trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.\n\nRequirements:\n• Degree in Management, Chemical, Economics, Engineering, or similar field.\n• Minimum 5 years in B2B commercial roles in adhesive industry ideally hotmelt\n• Knowledge of industrial processes and adhesive applications.\n• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.\n• Strong results orientation.\n• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.\n• Proactive and autonomous.\n• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.\n• Frequent travel within the UK and occasional trips to their European head office
