The Opportunity

This is aself-employed roledesigned for advisers who want:

Youll work with a mix ofestate agents, developers, and local introducers, receiving a steady flow of mortgage opportunities while building your own client base over time.

Earnings Potential

  • Uncapped earnings commission-based structure

Achievable OTE

  • £80k+ realistic in Year 1
  • £120k£160k+ in Year 2
  • Top performers £200k+


This is a role where your income is directly linked to your output and ability to build relationships.


Your Role

  • Advise clients onresidential and buy-to-let mortgage solutions
  • Manage cases frominitial enquiry through to completion
  • Build and maintain relationships withlocal introducers and clients
  • Deliver ahigh level of serviceto drive repeat and referral business
  • Take ownership of yourpipeline and performance


Were Looking For

  • CeMAP qualified(or equivalent)
  • Experience as aMortgage Adviser.
  • Proven ability togenerate and convert business
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with abusiness-owner mindset
  • Based within reach ofNewmarket / Cambridgeshire
