\nPertemps are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Ledbury on a temporary basis for 6-8 weeks.\n
\n⚠️ A valid Counterbalance or Reach FLT licence is essential for this role.\n
\n
Key Responsibilities\n
\nOperating a Counterbalance or Reach FLT safely and efficiently\n
\nReceiving, checking and storing supplier deliveries     \n
\nPicking, packing and loading customer orders for dispatch\n
\nSupporting stock control activities, including inventory checks and stock counts\n
\nReplenishing production areas and maximising warehouse space\n
\nEnsuring stock is clearly identified and stored correctly\n
\nMaintaining high standards of housekeeping within the warehouse and yard\n
\nComplying with all Health & Safety and quality procedures\n
\n
Skills & Experience\n
\nValid Counterbalance or Reach FLT licence (essential)\n
\nPrevious warehouse experience preferred\n
\nExperience using warehouse systems, ERP software and barcode scanners\n
\nGood organisational skills and attention to detail\n
\nReliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team\n
\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kanban or 5S would be advantageous\n
\n
