QHSE Manager - Permanent - Doncaster\n\nManufacturing\n\nSalary £50,000 per annum\n\nOur client are committed to delivering excellence while maintaining the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental care. This leading business are seeking a dedicated QHSE Manager to lead compliance, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives across all operations.\n\nCovering two sites, our client are seeking an experienced and proactive QHSE Manager to lead Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental functions within a busy manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with industry standards, promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and maintain the highest quality standards across all operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nQuality Management\n\n· Develop, maintain and improve the business Integrated Management System to underpin Quality and operating standards\n\n· Monitor, audit and report on Quality performance and provide assurance to senior management team\n\n· Maintain quality, safety and environmental systems; implement and audit to achieve compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001\n\n· Maintain certification to ISO 9001 standards\n\n· Provide leadership to support the management of the business and compliance with Quality standards through audit and review of operating practice and systems\n\n· Ensure appropriate resources are provided to support a compliant business and to identify any systemic weaknesses\n\nHealth, Safety & Environment (HSE)\n\n· Maintain and develop ISO45001 and ISO14001 certification and support external audits\n\n· Maintain and develop HSE policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements\n\n· Report and analyze relevant KPIs, through ownership of relevant registers (Accident / Near Miss log) and delivery of incident investigation (A3) and RCCA.\n\n· Continuous Improvement of key HSE controls, such as Risk/COSHH assessments and SSOWs\n\n· Coordinate regular reviews supporting company-wide HSE Management, performance monitoring, open investigations, audit actions and continuous improvement\n\n· Manage internal Health and Safety and 5s audit schedule including the ownership of the associated CI plan (Safety CI Register)\n\n· Deliver toolbox talks and identify/communicate further (external) training requirement\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nSkills / Experience\n\nEssential\n\n· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing environment\n\n· Experience in Quality, HSE, Manufacturing Engineer or similar role\n\n· Strong knowledge of ISO management systems (9001, 14001, 45001)\n\n· Excellent report writing, technical authorship and communication skills\n\n· Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations (e.g.

A3, 8D, DMAIC)\n\n· Continuous Improvement (CI/Lean/Six Sigma) experience\n\nSkills & Competencies\n\nEssential\n\n· Manufacturing / Engineering bias apprenticeship or employment-based training/qualification\n\n· HNC or equivalent (Manufacturing / Production / Engineering subject)\n\n· IOSH Managing Safely\n\nDesirable\n\n· NEBOSH General Certificate or H&S qualification\n\n· Auditor certification (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001)\n\nWorking Hours\n\n· This role is full time on-site\n\n· Mon – Thu 7:15am – 16:30pm Friday 7:15am – 12:15pm (or 7:30 start and 16:45 finish)\n\nOther Benefits:\n\n· 30.5 days holiday including bank holidays\n\n· Pension\n\n· Death in service benefit\n\n· Retail discount scheme available\n\n· Free on-site car park\n\nIf you are a proactive and experienced QHSE leader ready to make a significant impact please apply now and we will contact you.\n\nStart People ltd is acting as an employment agency in relation to this role
