The Opportunity

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates across permanent recruitment opportunities. From day one, you'll receive hands-on training and mentoring from experienced recruitment professionals, giving you the skills and confidence to build long-term relationships with candidates and develop a successful career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Source, engage, and qualify candidates using a variety of recruitment methods.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
\n
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing through to placement.
\n
• Work collaboratively with consultants and managers to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions.
\n
• Meet individual and team performance targets while continuously developing your recruitment and commercial skills.
\n

Key Requirements for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Ambitious, driven, and eager to build a long-term career in recruitment.
\n
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
\n
• Resilient, proactive, and motivated by working towards goals and targets.
\n
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, outbound call centres, lettings, estate agency, or another target-driven environment is advantageous but not essential.
\n
• No previous recruitment experience is required—full training and ongoing development will be provided.
\n
