- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion \n
- Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages \n
- Dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions \n
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors \n
- Providing practical, efficient support throughout the holiday cover period The ideal candidate will have:\n\n
- Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision \n
- The ability to hit the ground running \n
- Strong organisational and communication skills \n
- Excellent client care and case management experience Assignment Details:\n\n
