Service Desk Manager | Crewe | To £70k + car allowance

I am currently recruiting for a household name who are going through a period of strong growth. Subsequently, they are looking to recruit a Service Desk Manager who can head up the transformation and growth of services.

You'll be managing a team of 1st Line Support Analysts and team leaders, providing training, personal development, and building relationships within the team and with key stakeholders.

Your experience will have seen you successfully manage and grow a service desk function, serving an enterprise-scale business. Experience with tools such as BMC and Remedy (or similar) and experience with ITIL is preferred for this role.

You'll be a personable, natural leader who is experienced in delivering continuous improvement and be outcome focused. This role will also see you overseeing teams in two locations as our client continue to grow.
